Side Room Rental

Rent out our side room for $25/hour during business hours. We can provide pastries from Ethos or Aub's Bananza Bread and coffee, or you can bring in your own food and beverage. The side room seats 8 comfortably - maximum capacity is 10 guests.

 

The hourly rate includes:

  • Conference style seating or smaller tables

  • chairs for your event (a few extra may be added

  • Free Wi-Fi 

  • Access to Full Coffee Bar (host pays tab or prepay for batch drip coffee)

Full Gallery Rental

Rent the entire gallery after business hours for your private event starting at $125/hour. Bring in your own food and beverages, and decide if you'd like to keep the coffee bar open. The gallery holds a maximum of 60 people comfortably - maximum capacity is 70 guests.  Renting the full gallery includes the side room.

 

The hourly rate includes:

  • Open and bright 1,300 square feet local art gallery

  • Full use of countertop spaces

  • 12  square tables, one rectangular table

  • 24 regular chairs, 7 bar height chairs, 3 seat couch, 3 arm chairs, additional extra chairs if needed.

  • Bluetooth speaker system

  • Includes (1) dedicated event host for assistance/questions

  • additional fees for 3rd party catering

Add ons

  • Barista(s) w/ coffee bar open for business - $25 per barista

  • Catering by Wild Olive, Aub's Bananza Bread, or other - prices vary

Deposits and Refunds

  • All rental requests are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. 

  • For rentals requiring 4 hours or less, 100% deposit required.

  • For rentals over 4 hours, a deposit of four hours is required. The remaining balance paid at the end of the event.

  • Cancellation: Canceling anytime up to 7 days prior to event. 50% refund of original deposit.

  • Late Cancellation or No Show: No refund of original deposit.
